SHAUN WHITER: Shaun started with David Lee in 2005, as many new starting estate agents do - delivering leaflets and learning the area’s that we covered! In 2006 Shaun started working full time for David Lee as a Junior Negotiator. His enthusiasm and character has quickly enabled him to work his way through to become a well respected and valued member of our team. Shaun’s key role is to look after all currently listed and prospective applicants to help them to find a suitable property. Shaun is a fully qualified member of The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA).

EDWARD CASSON: Edward is a principle director of David Lee Lettings and joined the team in 2006. Edward’s influence has been dominant in making the letting department the huge success it is today. Prior to working at David Lee, Edward has gained a vast range of experience at a large independent letting agency, and prior to that at a national corporate estate agency. Edwards’s key role is to take on all new lettings instructions and to gain new business whilst managing all accounts and management issues which may occur. Educated within the local area, he offers unrivalled knowledge of the lettings sector along the M11/ A120 corridor. He is a qualified member of ARLA and regularly undertakes these professional bodies’ courses when new legislation comes into force that may affect private residential lettings.

GEOFF WHITE: Geoff has worked in the local property market for over 40 years and now finds himself working as our property manager. He is a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and works from our Stansted Branch. He has worked for a large corporate surveying firm which has enabled him to build up a wealth of experience which rubs off extremely well in his current position within David Lee. Geoff has also worked at ‘grass roots’ estate agency working as a junior negotiator right back in the 70s working through to office manager at a very busy estate agent in Cambridge. Geoff is very approachable and is always willing to help both our tenants and landlords working through problems.

BISHOPS STORTFORD OFFICE

LEE O'BRIEN: Lee is the other founding director of David Lee and had worked with David for many years at a flagship corporate Estate Agency. Prior to working within the corporate Estate Agency sector, Lee also gained valuable experience working at an independent agency and consequently has seen both sides of the estate agency world. Lee’s major role within the office is to concentrate on selling and negotiating sales on our existing listed properties and to progress our current sales through to completion. Lee also plays a pivotal role within the day to day running of the Lettings department, assisting with any maintenance issues that may arise. His vast experience sets him head and shoulders above his competitors and he prides himself on his exceptional customer service skills.

JACK DEXTER: Jack joined the company in 2007 as a much needed addition to our busy lettings department. Jack is our lettings negotiator and his position is to look after our current and prospective tenants and help them find a suitable property as well as negotiating lets with our landlords. Through working with the directors of David Lee he has been able to quickly establish himself as a well known face in the local lettings market and his determination and drive has been paramount to the success of David Lee Lettings. Jack is also a fully fledged member of The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA).

REBECCA IZOD: Rebecca joined the team in 2008 and has over 20 years experience in financial services. She has enabled us to offer our clients a huge choice of mortgage products as she works with the whole market. This is a great addition to the service we provide at David Lee, and we are very lucky to have her expertise readily available.
